Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital photography, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

• Physical Prints: We accept returns and refunds for physical prints only in the case of damage during shipping. Customers must provide proof of damage (including photographs) within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Cancellations: Orders for digital downloads cannot be canceled once the purchase is complete. For physical prints, cancellations may be accepted if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
